The basaltone.app website and the Basaltone applications (web, iOS, Android) are published on a non-professional basis by an individual publisher during the closed beta. Their identity has been provided to the hosting providers below as required by law, is available on request at contact@basaltone.app, and will be published on this page before the commercial opening of the service.

Hosting

The application and its data are hosted by:

• Vercel Inc., for application hosting.
• Supabase, Inc., for the database, authentication and file storage.

Intellectual property

All Basaltone content, including the brand, logo, interface, exercises, educational content, signal-processing algorithms and training texts, is protected by copyright and trademark law. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission, is prohibited.

Reporting illegal content or an infringement

To report content you believe to be unlawful, or an infringement of your intellectual property rights, write to contact@basaltone.app stating:

• your contact details;
• a description and the precise location of the content concerned;
• the reason for the report and, where applicable, the legal basis relied on;
• a statement attesting to the accuracy of the information provided.

Health

Basaltone is not a medical device and provides no diagnosis. Voice training is a physical effort: in case of pain, persistent hoarseness or an ENT condition, consult a health professional before continuing.
